One Tray Meal

This is a beautiful, decadent, and delicious meal that can be made using ONE baking tray.  One Baking Tray CookingThis is one of those meals that makes you feel good before, during, and after.  There is something so warm and kind about a good home-cooked meal that’s full of care and love both for you, your friends, family, and your insides.

Baked Salmon with Sage Butter, Roasted Almonds, and Seasoned Asparagus

Ingredients:

4-6 ounce Salmon filet with skin removed

1 tablespoon of Butter
Fresh Sage Leaves
Slivered Almonds
1-2 bundles of Asparagus
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder
Celery Seed
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Take a baking tray and cover with parchment paper or a coating of extra virgin olive oil

  • I do either one to prevent the salmon and asparagus from sticking

On one side of the tray, place SALMON FILLETS

  • Brush, or use your hands, to coat the SALMON with EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • Add Salt and PEPPER
  • Cover with SLIVERED ALMONDS
  • Top with BUTTER shavings and FRESH SAGE LEAVES

On the other side of the baking tray place ASPARAGUS spears flat out and next to each other

  • Coat or drizzle with EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • Sprinkle with SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, and CELERY SEED

Bake everything at 375° Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes

Serve and enjoy!
